Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. If required the bed can be separated into 2 twin single beds. Great for the kids to have their own beds. The master ensuite room upstairs has a king size bed, which cannot be split.

2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 toilets upstairs, including the ensuite in the master room. One bathroom and toilet downstairs.

All showers are walk in showers, with a hand held shower attachments.

Pets are welcome outside only, thank you. There are a few local beach dogs who are very friendly and love to hang out with visitors.

Good cellphone coverage, access to the local Blue-sky network is also available.

We only use Eco and Biodegradable products, due to our commitment to preserving the environment and the lagoon. We supply laundry powder, dish washer powder and detergent, hand soap and general cleaning products. Should you require replacements of these during your stay, please just let us know.

Port-a-cot available on request. For additional baby/child equipment these can be hired with a local company.

We have a collection of DVDs for you to watch during your stay. The LCD flat screen TV’s also have USB connections if you wish to bring your own external device for additional movies and music.

Blankets are also available, but only really required in the winter months. If you wish to have your bed linen changed during your stay, please let us know and this can be arranged at an additional charge.

There is an ample sized fridge and freezer in the upstairs kitchen and an additional fridge/freezer in the downstairs kitchen.

We use solar panels for hot water, but also have option of gas for back up if required.

There is a large washing machine in the laundry, ideal for all the family.

The house sleeps up to 18 people, with 9 bedrooms. But you are welcome to have less occupancy and there is no minimum number of people required to stay.

There is plenty off street parking at the property, with enough space for at least 4 vehicles and additional scooters.

WIFI access is provided. You can access the network by using pre-paid data vouchers from the local internet provider; Bluesky. Please see link. Alternatively there are 2 internet café facilities within walking distance from the house

We have 2 kayaks available for your use. These are complementary during your stay. Beach gear: we have a selection of reef shoes available. Snorkelling gear can also be hired from Pacific Divers or please bring your own.

An 8 seater outdoor table and chairs on the upstairs deck with additional outdoor couch, chair and coffee table. There are also 5 sun lounger deck chairs on the beach. The ensuite patio has its own table and 2 chairs, while the downstairs deck has another table with chairs.

Tea, coffee and sugar are supplied for your convenience. There is also coffee plungers at the house if you wish to bring your own plunger coffee.

Two full kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The downstairs house is has no stairs and a level entry shower, which would be suitable for those with limited abilities.

Double toaster located in each kitchen.

Kids are most welcome and the house is ideal for families. The upstairs deck is has child proof railings and a safety gate for your peace of mind.

A larger BBQ grill is available for you to use.
